The overall Engineering & Execution of a typical Industrial Automation project is broken down into discrete Work Packages. The engineering activities to be carried out throughout the project execution cycle are divided into small measurable tasks called as Work Packages.  The Work Package is the basis for technical exchange of data between Client & Concorde Engineering teams, and is also the basis for the Program Management team to track overall progress in terms of cost, schedule & budget.
